Welcome to the home page for the Michiana Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. We are the premier professional association for human resource professionals in the Michiana area, with over 275 members representing over 200 employers.

I am pleased to announce that we, the Michiana Chapter of Society for Human Resource Management, have been awarded the 2011 SHRM Silver Excel Award and named the 2011 Indiana Chapter of the Year! These honor's were extended to us by Global SHRM and Indiana State Council for SHRM. We are very proud of these significant accomplishment and could not have done it without the continued support from our chapter membership.
