Welcome to the home page for the Michiana Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. We are the premier professional association for human resource professionals in the Michiana area, with over 375 members representing over 200 employers. To learn about recent events in the Chapter I invite you to read our latest newsletter (click here).

I am pleased to announce that we, the Michiana Chapter of Society for Human Resource Management, have been awarded the Superior Merit Award! This honor was extended to us by National SHRM and Indiana State SHRM. We are very proud of this significant accomplishment. Additionally we have achieved a 12.4% growth in our chapter membership for 2010! Some of this increase was actual new members and a certain % was attributed to National SHRM members joining our Chapter.
